Our griddle
Kona-ya is a small restaurant that specializes in okonomiyaki (savory pancakes) and monjayaki (a runny Tokyo-style version you eat straight from the griddle).
Try our house specials: the Nagasaki-yaki, an old-fashioned Nagasaki-style okonomiyaki with fish cake and tempura bits, and the Chi-koro-yaki, crispy outside and gooey with cheese inside.
